The lifecycle
A consignment moves through draft, awaiting documents, review required, evidence complete, dispatched and closed. The transitions are enforced by the database, and there is exactly one valid action per status.
The counterparty portal
- Request a document through a single-use, expiring link.
- The counterparty uploads on a one-page, no-account form, hashed on arrival.
- Nothing advances until a person on your team accepts it.
